Event Description:

The Houma-Terrebonne Chamber of Commerce will hold its monthly General Membership Luncheon from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Courtyard By Marriott in Houma. Chamber members and their employees are encouraged to attend this monthly event and network with other area business people. 

Please note we are taking precautions for everyone's safety and your safety is our number one priority! There's LIMITED seating due to social distancing requirements, so register today before it's too late! Masks are required.

This month we are featuring Hope Restored Pregnancy Resource Center
for our Non-Profit Spotlight!
Hope Restored Pregnancy Resource Center services include pregnancy tests, limited ultrasounds, life-affirming peer counseling, client care advocacy, post-abortion healing, and education programs. The programs include classes ranging from conception through potty-training years, but most importantly, it teaches them to be the best parents they can be. They walk with mothers from early pregnancy up until the baby is 2 years of age. Each time their moms attend a class, they earn what is called “boutique bucks”. These are essentially vouchers that are exchanged for baby supplies including everything from diapers and wipes to baby beds and car seats. They are funded almost entirely by local donors.
They accept monetary donations along with new or gently used baby items including baby clothes, baby baths, diapers, wipes, etc. They need car seats, which because of liability and safety issues, have to be brand new.
These items can be dropped off at the Chamber office (6133 Hwy. 311 in Houma) or at the May General Membership Luncheon. Visit
